[PC] Crafting Calculator, Market Prices, Graphs and Stats on CrossoutDB.com

Recommended Posts

I see the new layout. It will take a bit time to get used to the new format/layout, I guess this is made more mobile friendly. I didn't have problems finding how to use the new "tabbed" system.

Nice to see it being still actively worked on, particular as the huge change with special rarity is coming that will change the crafting formula of so many different things. Much thanks for all the work.

I see the new layout. This is terrible. Оn a smartphone, it can be convenient, but my PC monitor is twice as wide. Please add a return to the old style

As of now, there are more options to use the full screen size, including the chart.

However you can also view the chart in full screen :)

It is a great pleasure for me to see that you returned to work on this fantastic tool.
Thank you so much.

I guess the export options will return when the adjustments are finished?

The export buttons are already available. You just have to toggle it on. Check Settings ( https://crossoutdb.com/settings ) > Search Page Settings > Export Buttons.

@ crossoutdb.com devs

Please add crafting-only-costs.

Example: jawbreaker

currently

scrap ...

copper ...

...

Trucker: 32 coins

RD-1 Listener: 19,88 coins

...

---

expected (using recursiv method to get crafting costs)

scrap ...

copper ...

...

Trucker: (get recursively scrap, copper, sprinter, docker costs) 28,80 coins

RD-1 Listener: (get recursively scrap, copper, Fuel Barrel, RS-1 Ruby costs) 17,89 coins

...

There is a lot of differents in those costs.

And i always looked on the crafting costs because i craft everything, unless its not cheaper to buy.

Also the craft/buy -advise should work like that.

BUT it would be perfect if you could choose in the setting which way you want to see those costs.

Thanks,

cottton

For the item detail pages that's already implemented, so I guess you mean the Crafting Margin which can be found on the search table. Theoretically it's possible to add another column for a recursive crafting margin. However I'm unsure if I will implement it in the near future since there are quite a few other things which have a higher priority at the moment.

*sadface* because i only need those numbers :/

Actually everything is there:

And, btw, i expected the costs of the parent item to have the crafting costs, since they are listed that way.

:/

@Stiffi136

I see you are working on it =)

Can you please add the faction (icon? color?) to the items?

Would be nice. So we could see which items we have to craft while we are in the current faction.

Do you mean in the crafting calculator? Since the space is limited and I don't want to overload it, icons would be the only option. But I have to see if such icons even exist

Yes, the Crafting new tab.

Dont forget the full size tab|table :D Looks very empty on this view =)

Also missing the mouseover color change on rows.

I actually thought you copy|override the "old" template and use the crafting data there.

BTW:

Crafting Cost:
93.91Coin.png
Profit:
-5.14Coin.png

Profit is difference between crafting costs vs current market price?

I think it would be more clear like

Crafting Costs: 93.91

Market Costs:
	buy now:	99.00
	bid: 79.99

I can only speak for my self

but i found it difficult to understand from day one :D

Thats perhaps because im use to the ingame look.

I remember a website that build a tool for "Payday 2". And they used the exact same look like the game.

That helped a lot.

A detailed breakdown of the calculation can be found at the bottom of the calculator.

I'm not sure what to orient on since there is no crafting calculator or anything like it ingame

Besides that, I've found some faction icons
