1# Can you make the Firebug's CK unique flames more prominent? Like make the fire color more green?

2# I've heard that you guys plan on doing something about the exhibition, I don't know if this is a rumor or not but someone told me that you plan on clearing all builds posted on exhibition & that only our blue print space will work both as our blue print space & our exhibition uploads, Is this true? If so that seems a bit scary & drastic.

3# Will vehicle physics ever change?

TWISTED_METAL_X, hello! 1). We have plans to add improvements to the various game effects as development progresses, but changes to the Firebug's flames shouldn't be expected in the nearest future; 2). As you can see, with the last update we have implemented an advanced exhibition search, along with a number of improvements for auto - assembly. And no, we don't have plans to "wipe" the exhibition and changing the way the blueprints function;) 3). Due to a great number of in-game elements that interact with each other, such adjustments should be implemented gradually - like the physics of the certain type of wheels, the harpoon physics and so on. We are working to improve this aspect of the game as well and we will share the details in our pathcnotes;)

Blueprint slots and storage expansions, Will the prices for these be reevaluated anytime soon? 20 slots is also not that many so perhaps increase it (if you are able to get that many now)?

After the addition of the Contact 2M so have there been a sudden influx of friends which doesn't like building started playing again (huzza!). However, because of the limited blueprint and exhibition slots so do i have a hard time helping them and end up having to delete my own builds to help them make starter vehicles. It's also especially bad when i try to make combined builds which requires several blueprint slots and have just come to terms that i cannot make them...

So in short, i always built vehicles for my friends and i don't have the sufficient space anymore to help them, so they will eventually stop playing all together... :((

Hello, NaggNogger! As you already know, we've reduced the requirements to craft both storage and blueprints expansions. And soon we plan to check out once again their accessibility and decide, whether some further tweaks are required or not.

Are there any changes planned for Exhibition or Garage slots?

Heard some strange rumors about builds being deleted if you dont have them in garage AND Exhibition (i highly doubt this rumor but better safe than sorry :P)

Hello, v3rgi1! Atm we don't have such plans. The only major change that we've already introduced is: "Players can now upload saved blueprints to the exhibition only if they have parts details for their assembly." Soon we plan to add advanced search (the same as on PC) and that's all for now.

Hey Devs, 

please give Cannons a buff. They feel incredibly underpowered when put up against shotguns because they seemingly get shot off right after the first volley, and with so many builds using cloaking tech to get past the cannons firing arc they are countered so easily as of late. I’ve had huge builds just up and run through my cannon fire because they  know I can’t do enough damage with my cannons to stop them. People just arnt scared of cannons anymore because they have been nerfed so much in the past. Despite the cannons having the highest skill curve to use they feel like they are the least rewarding. Please help us cannon users out and buff them by 5-8% damage at least so that way we feel like we are an actual threat to people again. And in game performance is different from the game statistics us cannon users are struggling and we need your help.

Hello, LordvInquisitor! Atm we don't plan any tweaks for cannons in the nearest future. Prior the next balance update we'll check cannons stats and effectiveness rates once again. The statistics is connected with the in-game performance. If any weapon's actual performance is low, the statistics won't show any satisfying numbers.

There is a current bug in the brawl game mode "Free-for-all" in which a 1st place (whether by reaching 10 kills first or having the most kills when the timer expires) gets counted as a draw instead of a victory.

When will this be addressed and fixed?

Hello, MomIsAgamerGirl! We're considering such an option, but not in the nearest future. Atm we're working on a complex raid and exploration modes as well as on possible rewards for these modes. These are the top priorities for the team.

Hello devs of Crossout!

 

1.The stickers are getting really popular in the game right now.What do you think about adding Country Flags as stickers?

2.Data theft is the hardest raid in the game and it takes a lot of time to do,i think this raid needs to be worked on more.

3.There is a bot that has a porcupine,and i know its a peace officer,but he is really hard to take down. On raids such as WAR FOR FIRE and DATA THEFT he can deal a lot of damage to the pumpjacks and to the Oil truck.

4.On invasion,it takes some time to find the leviathan.And sometimes he spawns and starts attacking the pumpjack.And when he focused 100% of his firepower on the pumpjack,he destroys it in no time,Players lose without making a mistake.

5.Blueprints,the limit of 4 blueprints kills creativity,i like to design a lot of new crafts but i always delete my older ones to get some space.The blueprint expansion is useless,yes it gives you more space,but its just one slot,so the player needs to get 16 of there to get 20 spaces.And that is insane.What you should do is,make the blueprint expansion give you 4 spaces,that way its fair. 

6.Why there no SCANNER on consoles?

7.packs,yes they are shortcuts,but,prices on consoles and on the PC are not the same,avarage price for a legendary on PC is 2000,but on PS4 it is 7000,that means that if you play on console,you have to waste a lot more money.The same problem with crossout show,you get 1000 gold,thats a lot on PC,but its nothing on PS4 and XBOX1.

Hello, BlackShadow652! 1. We'll consider this suggestion, thank you :) 2. It is possible that some of the raids and their mechanics may be more difficult, especially for some particular builds. That's why it's important to adapt to each particular raid and, maybe, somehow change the vehicle. 3. Such enemies require all the attention of the group as it's necessary to immobilize them/destroy their weapons as fast as possible. 4. In on of the latest updates we've changed leviathans spawn spots. Does the problem with them spawning right near the pumpjack remains the same? 5. Soon we plan to check out current statistics regarding blueprints expansions. This will allow us to consider possible further tweaks in their recipes and their necessity. Btw, thank you for your feedback! 6. In the future we plan to introduce the console version of the Scanner, but atm there's no official information regarding it's bonuses. Let's wait for the official information and announcement :) 7. Yes, markets on all the 3 platforms are different with different prices, but it not only about the situation of consoles being 'worse'. Higher prices mean higher income if you decide to craft a part and sell it. There's no differences between PC and console versions in terms or resources acquired per battle. That means you can put same efforts to gather them and receive more coins from selling the part. The question about packs will be discussed within the team.

Hi devs,

Quick question: 

Does the humpback cabin bonus affect fuze drones? And do the drones spawned at the time of the bonus do more damage or when they explode at the time of the bonus?

Also, have you considered manual targeting or other controlling options for fuzes?

Hello, scoutgamerfin! Yes, the Humpback's perk works fine with drones and turrets. But remember that the drone deals more damage only when the perk is active. As soon as it's effect wears down, fuzes won't deal more damage. Regarding manual targeting - no, atm that's not an option if we talk about drones.

Hello. I have concerns about shotguns that may be unrealized as of now. I believe their cone of fire may actually go through their own armor, allowing them to hit targets that they cannot see, while also not being able to be fired upon at the same time. I noticed this when a large 14k dual Hammerfall build was able to shoot over the small plows placed in front of the shotguns. The plows were raised so that the top half of the plow was infront of the shotgun. Then, quite literally touching each other's vehicle, he was able to destroy a gun I had placed one block above my frames, which was 5 or 6 blocks below the shotguns, which again had half a small plowing blocking their view.

 

Put simply: If the barrel of the shotgun cannot see my gun, it would not be able to make a pellet hit my gun in any real situation. I believe that the cone-spread fire of the shotgun shooting above a target will actually force a projectile through the plow and allow it to hit things the gun itself cannot see.

 

Please look into this and make sure this is not the case. I believe it is so and it is breaking the game at the clan wars level. Why expose your gun when you can simply shoot though your own armor and at the same time be impervious to return fire?

Hello there!

I just got the update for PS4 and I was hoping to get the CK Wunderbar and the CK Backbone as well as the Woody pack. What happened to the Cabin CK's? Will they get added along with the Witch Hunt Event happening on October 16th?

2# Since wheels all have equal grip what will set them apart from the others? Or do they still have different characteristics that makes each wheel unique?

3# Is there still room for new structure parts in factions?

Hello, TWISTED_METAL_X! 1. Atm the Firebug performs well, according to its effectiveness rate. Still, we'll check the stats once again prior the next update. 2. The idea is that they should differ in terms of their mass, tonnage bonuses and durability. We've already released some minor tweaks and, probably, that's not all. In the future we may see some more changes/improvements designed to make all the wheels appealing and effective for certain builds. 3. We're still adding some structure parts to some certain factions and plan to do it in the future. Some of them may be added as rewards for lvls 1-15, some of them may be added as rewards for prestige levels.

Hi Crossout devs,

1.) Will there be a new patch giving players a speedometer or the ability to a use a simulation steering wheel?

2.) I think that you should change the amount of drop on cannons. (Ex. 57mm, 76mm, 88,mm and 100mm.) I don't know why but the turreted cannons seem to have less drop.

3.) Is there any chance you could have a race brawl where all players in the match are given the exact same vehicle, maybe a couple boosters, and have then race around a custom map built for the race and have it almost Fast & Furious style.

4.) Here is an abstract idea. Could you maybe consider adding a tradable hardware part that acts almost like the base of a turret cannon? It might have a base of its own and you can mount a stationary weapon like an Executioner for example and would allow it to spin around maybe faster than having to but the Fat Man which spins, but maybe not as fast and does less damage.

Hello, xoismygame! 1. We're working on a speedometer and plan to add it in one of the nearest updates. 2. We haven't changed anything particularly for cannons. We've fixed a bug with all the weapons with limited ammo. 3. Atm we don't plan to add any additional race brawls and want to improve the current one. 4. We've already added a similar suggestion to our list of possible future modules :)

Are there going to be any plans on making uran and relic parts more accessible ? They are way to overpriced at their current state and only P2W players can get them even though they arent even that much better then the legendary weapons. And whit the upcoming relics i think it will be nice to make it so more players can get them and have fun. Like lowering the uran requirements or making it easier to obtain by making the top50 clans to get it.

Hello, Blasted_Off. From the very beginning we've been considering relic weapons as those, that are really unique and are not accessible for everyone. It's necessary to be one of the best players to get them, yes, but it's also one of the ultimate challenges for experienced players and a high-end content. This all doesn't mean we won't ever reconsider the CB mode and uranium ore income, but atm we don't plan any changes.

Are there any plans to rework the Veteran Container?

I refuse to open them, because I have no use for a blue that I cannot craft with, nor sell. To add insult to injury, The items take up an inventory space and can only be broken down for 1 scrap.

Hello, MalAd3pt! We consider such an option for the future, but atm it's not one of the top-priority changes. Just in case, the top ones are: complex raid, exploration mode, rewards for these 2 modes and hovers rebalance.

1.) Do you guys ever plan to make the police lights available on Xbox One or a version of them? I know there are items that are platform exclusive but honestly if given a choice, I would rather have police lights over a taxi sign. It compliments more builds and looks a lot more cool.

2.) Any little sneak peeks or hints about the future "open world" aspect to the game? The idea of it is mouth watering.

3.) In the future do you plan to add teams for bedlam so that we can work on fusion builds a lot easier than loading into patrol? (This question goes along with question 4)

4.) When do you plan to introduce custom game modes to Xbox One & PS4? I know PC already has the option of doing such things. (Could be useful for making fuze builds as mentioned in question 3)

Hello, MontyCasper! 1. Unfortunately, currently there's no option to make the platform exclusive item available on other platforms. Yet, there's an option to make some kind of similar part and we'll think about it. 2. Pretty soon we plan to release the first lore part of the devblog about this mode. Then, as usual, we'll share all the information about tasks to complete and rewards to receive when the mode will be ready to be released. 3. Atm we don't have such plans. The Bedlam mode is designed to be a kind of a deathmatch with no rules, teams, rewards and time limits to test your vehicles, ride any vehicle you want and confront all the other players on the map. 4. 'Custom battle' mode on PC is not available for everyone atm as it's not in its final state and yet has some bugs to fix and interface changes to implement. So, currently there's no possibility to make any preliminary announcements about its presence and availability on PS4 and XBOX One.

Could it be possible to do something to rebalance the game now that hovers are so popular. It is getting so unbalanced if ie a team has more then 2 hovers and your own team has one or no hovers. Could you consider making a limit to max 2 hovers in each team?

Or make an option to play in an non hover mode.

But personally i like the limit better cos they are satisfying to kill, but it is not fun playing in a game when one team has 4 or mor hovers.

I know that like this hover players might have to waite a little longer to get in a game but this is the same if you want to fly a jet in war thunder.

So not to loose players do something about the hovers.

Hello, BRViking. We're working on hovers rebalance and soon we'll be ready to share all the existing information on planned changes. Still, we do not plan to introduce any kind of limits for hover-based vehicles. Our goal is to make them less effective on low PS and more effective on high PS.

I have an issue, when i started the game it was fine then as soon as i got to level 4 it broke. all game modes are unplayable and incredibly laggy help

Question 1 : in the future will you explain in the game which modules (radiators, cooler, motors, cabins... ) can be used with each weapons ? or / and the reverse, which weapons do not have a bonus with which modules ?

Question 2 : Very interressting are the events ... But two near each other ( Knight Riders, and Halloween,) = why ? 

Question 3 :For Halloween, the accent is about decoration, (very nice) But Custom Kit for weapons or modules or cabins, why no one for them ? 

Question 4 : Events it's very nice, it give to your game visual changing. So, will you creat new event in the futur ?

Hello, JarJarBZH! 1. That's an interesting suggestion that would definitely help players (especially all the newcomers), but we have to think about visualization of all this infomation in order not to overburden the interface. 2. Speaking about the Halloween event - just because it's near. The Knechte's one was released just as soon as all the parts and their parameters were tested and ready and our players wanted to try out some new weapons asap :) 3. We've just released some CKs for rare cabins as an experiment and production of any new ones will take some time. 4. Definitely :) There're more exciting events yet to come!

Hello Devs.
I have been reading the rules and i found this section to actually say that doing sideways cabin hovers is agenst the rules of the game.
Read 7.3 "People clearly use an error to make sideways cabins on hovers and other none hovers, this is an error as cabins are not meant to be rotated in build mode and it is also making advantage of hovers vulnerabilities so they are harder to hit, besides that they can make 2 hovers parts side by side from doing sideways cabin builds and shooting one of them down will not do anything as 1 hover part is enoth to make the front or back stay up right"

My question here is:

1. are you aware of this issue that sideways cabin hovers is intentional makeing unfair and unsporting builds to get advantage in 4.000 to 6.000 powerscore battles?
2. What are you're plans/solution on this problem?
3. Why havent there been done anything about this when you're own rules clearly say its not allowed? 
4. Why did you not respond to my other question that i send in a week ago about this subject, its like we are not allowed to speak of this subject? 

 

7. Unsporting and unacceptable behaviour

Unsporting behaviour is an intentional violation of the rules of the game, actions that interfere with fair fighting, or prevent other players from enjoying the game.

Unsporting behaviour includes:

7.1. Inactivity in battle, using bots,

7.2. Leaving an unfinished battle.

7.3. Use of errors or vulnerabilities in game mechanics to gain advantage or profit.

7.4. Sabotage of the battles, including: deliberately avoiding dealing damage to members of the opposing team, repeated self-destruction, blocking teammates or creating other kinds of nuisance in various game modes, refusal to deal damage to the enemy, assistance to the enemy's team, including giving away the location of Allied vehicles, behaviour similar to inaction.

Hello, _______BloodPie_. First of all - it's not an error/bug or exploit/violation of the rules. If you build a 'sideways' vehicle you only change your controls layout. So, if anyone would like to prohibit such an option, he'd have to either prohibit any controls layout customization or delete the ability to strafe. Just in case: you can build a sideways vehicle not only on hovers, but also on augers or mechanical legs. It's a feature of these parts and the in-game constructor. Still, as we've announced it earlier, in the nearest future we plan to implement some balance tweaks for hovers that are aimed at making them less effective on low PS and more effective on high PS.
