Possible graphics and performance issues

Recommended Posts

Since the 1st of July we've stopped supporting DirectX 9 in our game.

If you experience any issues:

1. Make sure that your PC satisfies the following requirements: https://crossout.net/en/game/systemRequirements/#/

2. Update your drivers:

- AMD: https://www.amd.com/en/support

- NVIDIA: https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

- Intel: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/80939/Graphics-Driver

3. If you have more than 1 videocard, make sure that the game is being launched using the most powerful one. You may check it out with the F11 button in the game.

If the game launches with the less powerful videocard, you should manually set the best card as the one to launch Crossout with using your videocard software.

Also you may choose the adapter in the 'Video' settings of the game.

The full-screen mode is unavailable if the screen, that displays the game, is not connected to the adapter (videocard) that launches the game. If you use a multi-screen setup, please, move the Crossout window to the monitor that is connected to the videocard that works with the game.

If you use a single monitor, please, choose in 'Video' settings the adapter that is connected to the monitor.

In case you're playing on a laptop with integrated and discrete videocards, please, make sure that you've set in your drivers' settings the same adapter you've chosen in the in-game settings.

4. If it's needed try to lower your video settings and 'Draw distance'.

5. In case the issue remains the same:

  • In the game, press F11 to see detailed information
