Possible to circumvent near full storage buy order limits

Recommended Posts

When you are near full storage, and you try to create a buy order, you will only be able to order an amount of an item that is equal or lower to your free storage slots (assuming the item takes storage space), to stop you from going over your storage limit.

However, if you just create multiple buy orders for 1 of an item, you can make up to 20 buy orders with only 1 free slot, and then when the purchases go through, your inventory will be 19 over its limit.

its a bit strange but yes, you can only put up as many buy offers at once as you have storage space still available. can be useful at times, and annoying at other times.

like forc3dinduction said above, you need 1 free inventory slot to use this method, and with only 20 market buy slots, you cant exceed +19 over your inventory limit...

and again, as said above... you have always been able to overfill your inventory by buying a pack without the storage space to fit all the items in the pack, but that part seems more like an inevitability than a bug.

Not a bug. It is valid overlimit.
