Preparing to obtain the dump You need to download the DoDumpXO.zip file and unpack it to any folder on your computer How to create a dump of the game when the game freezes Open the folder into which the file was unpacked Check which version of the game you are running Start the game launcher Go to launcher settings Check the status of the setting “run 32-bit version” Run the batch file For the 32-bit version do_dump_32.bat For the 64-bit version do_dump.bat As a result, the dump folder will be created, in which the file dump.dmp will be found Archive the file and upload it on the forums Do not forget to attach the game logs! Additional Information Sometimes the whole computer may freeze together with the game. In this case, you can try two options: If your processor has more than one core, using Process Explorer you can force the game process (Crossout-D3D9.exe for the 32-bit version or Crossout.exe for the 64-bit version) to one of the cores. In this case, when the game freezes, the entire computer will not freeze and there will be an opportunity to make a dump of the process. Or Use automatic dump launch Run the batch file after entering the game, but before the freeze do_dump_on_hangs_32.bat for the 32-bit version do_dump_on_hangs.bat for the 64-bit version Reproduce the freeze The dump should be created automatically.
