It would be nice to see some variation in the beginners machine guns such as ones with low damage but high fire rate and slow fire rate but accurate and hard hitting. What do you think?

The devs could add a common Submachinegun with 2 energy and a common Auto-cannon with 3 energy.

 

  • The SMG is pretty self-explanatory: it'll have less accuracy and shorter range than Chord but faster fire rate.
  • The AC would have a slower rate of rate, but not necessarily as slow as Rapier. The range also would carry as far as Rapier but instead would be something along the range of miniguns in this game (which actually have longer ranges than MGs).

If a decent low energy machine gun is added, make it similar to the Goblin. 2 energy, mounted to a box that can only shoot forward that can barely aim up/down/left right. Make it a box with the gun sticking out of the top side, so that I can make cars with hood mounted machine guns.
