In game purchases

I would like to know the company policy on in game purchases and the loss or theft of those purchases due to game updates/glitches or crashes. I have already attempted to contact support services and customer services with no responses.
 

Error report
Describe problem and what you saw loss of all purchases
What you expected to see £100+ worth of in game purchases
Conditions in which error reproduce each time a purchase is made, each time there is a game update, each time there is a game glitch on xbox
Problem details new game purchases are lost
Frequency of reproduction always
Time of bug various

i do believe you have to file a support ticket on gajin's website and have proof of purchase which can be found under the microsoft store recent transactions/purchases
