Add "Kackn00b" to the list.
Kack n00b ^= (german) Kack (damn, stupid, shltty, ...) + n00b.

Thanks, thats cool to know, and you went and kept on topic too, unlike some with memes and all:015j::014:. Though i like to read the deeper meaning too as long as discussion dont go offtopic, from dictionary to anything else. I know ive failed on it myself too but not anymore.

Lets keep this dictionary, not politics and memes, as theres an option for interested to start separate topics for those matters.

I'll be reading latest posts and posting more words here.

I like to see someone is paying attention to my posts

Those are mainly political terms nowadays:

  • SJW -> Social Justice Warrior: derogatory term refered to activists with skewed socialistic agendas that uses normal everyday events to push their ideals too harshly on others.

Example: when people complains that a movie or a TV series don't have a diverse cast

  • Simp -> a guy that is overly desperate for women in a way that he might do anything for her in the hopes that she might pay somekind of attetion to him.

Example: when men keep giving money to over sexualized female streamers to "buy their affection"

  • Chad -> derogatory term for the ideal male men think women want. Usually a scape goat used by flawed men that think too high of themselves to justify when women don't want to get with them.

Example: the school jock stereotype.

  • Libtard -> derogatory term to refer to left leaning people that have liberal views.

Example: anyone on the left when people on the right try to offend them.

  • NPC -> Non Playable Character. In games it refers to A.I. controled characters, in politics it refers to people who cannot think for themselves and often repeats other's ideals without questioning.

Example: that teacher's pet that embraces his/her teacher's political views without question.

  • Cringe -> when you testify/do something so shameful and/or awkward that YOU start feeling that awful and curling gut feeling of uneasiness.

Examples: if you were at a store and tried on a coat only to discover it was another client's coat. When someone is picking their nose thinking they are alone and then you 2 lock eyes.

But really those aren't Crossout terms, more like internet memes/slangs.

This is great, and its Crossout as people use those words here.

Thanks bud:01212:

I received the n00b abuse yesterday after killing someone, weird since I've been playing nearly daily since July 2017. Next time I killed him I got called skill less, not sure what goes through people's heads when they throw the insults out.

Oh do i know.

Personally ,if were him, i'd try to show my superiority by showing that i can actually write better than rely on nonsense like N00bs.

Just an example ,for this dictionary.

it implies that someone can't walk on their own without it.  Shorthand for "You wouldn't have beat me if you didn't use X"

The word, as it is written with double "o", is censored by the game/forums. Trying to right newbie the correct way will show up as Ace. The reason why they use this 1337 style of language (to avoid being censored).

Crutch

crutch-banner.jpg

This means: a mechanic that is strictly necessary for you to use with a certain weapon or a certain playstyle.

Example: Harvesters after their worst-hitting nerf had Sparks as their crutch, meaning the weapon can hardly be used without Spark as it needs a negative-effect-inducing gun to go along with it to make it useable in its full potential. Without Sparks, Harvester builds can't either catch up with their prey or deal substantial damage to it. Fire based weapons can also be considered crutches for Harvesters.

In other words: a crutch is like describing a must-have item some builds need to be effective and the lack of said item makes them somewhat inferior.

I use this a lot (Also, a +1 for Lucas picking up the other definition of "Crutch") So, I thought I'd let you in on what I'm talking about.

Randos:

Random Players, and bots in Missions.  Basically, if you get 3 Friends together to farm Wires, the other 4 players/bots on your team are randomly selected by Matchmaking (MM for short) and the entire enemy team is also random players/bots.

Oh, so that was the meaning, i mean i suspected it had to do with the functionallity of the real crutches but i didn't discern it miself, lol. Anyways thanks for the answer.:good:

Anyways, i guess we are all vehicle crutches in this game, if we use that logic...:DD

This indeed.

If "you" have time to log in ,in the forum, why not use writing which makes it easier for everybody, instead of trying to just type that KeK.

I use forum with smartphone and it does not make me try to squeeze my words in short as possible form,as fast as i can, and by doing so, i mean if others do so, it creates more confusion (to me)than it explains what you think or have on your mind,of which iam interested instead of lols and keks as "your" main method of chatting.

Derp: probably comes from dur, a british informal exclamation for stupid, or from duh, to refer to someone's stupidity.

Fruitcake: I've seen british people use this more often, its a slang to define a crazy/mentaly ill person.

"Git Gud" or "Get Good" can be used to shame people that aren't skilled in the game OR a means to dish out criticism from sealclubbers/meta users. Can be used unironically by or ironically to mock those people.

  • "dude, you are using tracks with porcs to kill newbies!" - "nah, its not my problem you guys suck. GET GUD!"
  • "we lost the battle because you guys can shoot the side of a barn. I mean REALLY? GET GUD ALREADY!"
  • "where is the great Sethioz now? How much did you scored again? get gud scrub am I right? F-off!"
