the launcher looks akin to the heather a little… doesnt it? id say maybe 8 at the least and 12 at the most. then again it could be a really damaging weapon like the mandrake if it requires precision so maybe as much as the mandrake / heather?
this is just a guess based on appearances though. what do you think itll be?
if its by the scavangers it might be a new permanent blueprint!
… then again with their track record maybe not… but theres hope at least! im hoping its permanent!
how much hp you think that things gonna have? i think its going to be around 400ish MAYBE 500. its probably going to weigh a ton though. it LOOKS very heavy and durable.
I’m looking at it more as just paths to building out to equilibrium. Like if 9k is the center how many different ways can we do constructs to get there.
Increase crafting levels of:
Wheels. engines, other modules, cabs, weapons…
Going all the way in any one of them should be disbalanced but should have some beneficial features too. There should be some medium point though where any combination lands in. If you take in how averages work it’s kind of a simple though. All these combinations should be possible even if they aren’t all profitable to play.
I get your point too but it’s not what I’m thinking about. I’m more thinking about improving lower PS by finishing out tech tree stuff and not letting it being a single trunk family tree type of system. It doesn’t have to be that way.
I’m actually thinking it may be best on hit and run builds, and potentially melee. I think shotgun brick players are still going to favour defensive modules and/or finwhale.
I’m bet it will work well with the reload shotguns, and probably a few other reload weapons.
Depends a lot on how the nodes are spread out, and how easy it is to mount multiple guns to it.
Given that they did add a new rare part as a permanent blueprint in the last update this could be the case. I don’t want to lose hope for this game.
And the BP already has enough to sell to people if it is a permanent blueprint. Hell, it might even bring more people to buy it if the devs show they can add permanent stuff alongside the temporary.
That’s an interesting theory, and you might be right. I’m not convinced that’s why most new players don’t stick around.
If I were in charge, I would give new players more structure parts at the beginning. Although I guess all the free packs help with that problem. Do new players on console automatically get all those free packs? Or do they have to do something to get them?
Building just isn’t for everyone, and it’s a central part of this game. But you need to have lots of parts to really enjoy building, even if you’re already inclined that way.
Only thing I spotted on the legs but I don’t know if it’s real so don’t take it too seriously. It’s not my youtube account and I can’t take responsibility for other than sharing it:
It is very reasonable for the game to focus on legendary and relic at this point. The game is old. New players have PLENTY to pursue in epic and below. Old players typically will be using legendary and relic, so that is what is needed to keep the majority interested. It also gives newer players more to look forward to when they eventually make that leap.
Even if new players arent builders, they need structure parts to copy builds off exi. There is no reason to not have at least 95% of structure parts available at start.
