15 years growing up with 2 cats at home, and now 8 years on myself living with 4 cats. i have never seen a furball they are supposed to puke out.

For this reason i follow the Paul Saladino diet and include some fruits since they are non toxic as opposed to plants.
I never felt better.
Humans ate plants/vegetables all throughout history along with their meat. My dog eats vegies with her meat too and shes 15 which is 105 in human years. I admit a strictly vegan diet ain’t good but so is only eating meat as well.
Eating plants is ok to survive, but what about the ice age that lasted thousands and thousands of years where our forefathers adapted to hunting and eating meat, adapting their digestive system to what humans have today.

We been omnivores for at least 85 000 years, they even ate vegies in the bible.

And yes there were plant life back in the ice age it’s just more parts of the earth was frozen but not all of it, I’m sure the congo wasn’t under 50 feet of ice.
