dosnt matter what it says … there is no legal agreement between me and gaijin period.
they would have to remove my account to stop me form playing … what would get them in legal trouble.
their legal representation is also in germany therefor within my reach … and i love to line my pockets with punitive damage payments form companies who thing they are so high and far abouth all things.

yes it does, its the terms of service which you agreed to by reading a notice that by using the service or creating an account you agree. at that point they can do anything that is written in the TOS, whether thats muting or banning you.

funny they brought up this excuse every time and still failed to actually proove that there been a agreement.
There is no reset for chat bans, they only get longer and longer.
You may be thinking of game bans for a certain offense, where if you do not commit the same offense for a period of time, the first offense becomes forgotten.

to answer the original question : When a GM Staff member cares to look at the list whos turn it is that day .
Just like they are free to pull whatever reason out of their Ass to mute you (mostly for personel reasons rather then rules ) they are also free to let you rot in the list for one additional day to a whole week extra … or they just forget that you exist … depends on how much you hurt their fragile little ego.
calling them out on their Hypocrisy gets you two days extra by default because they are petty
