Heres some proof youve been singing out for, that player on player blocks are one way. It is hard to see the shaded whisper prompt, but if you take note, you will see that the cursor can Not highlight the whisper prompt, indicative of a player on player, one way block. This player has me blocked.

Moderators are humans; there is no AI monitoring the chat. So it is possible that no moderator was online at the time of the incident.
Moderators may arrive after the incident has already begun, and therefore may not have all the facts at their disposal.
However, as I have already said and will repeat, make reports in the game and fill out the form (send it directly to @HornOchse in a private message). If you donāt want to take the necessary steps, please stop creating posts on the forum complaining that the moderators arenāt taking action.
If you persist in posting messages intended to sow discord about moderators, a sanction will be applied.

If i have you blocked, i cant see you or your prompts. Thats the point of the block. The player 1 player 2 scenario enacted above, is nothing more than ignorance to the situation or, purposely smokescreening the fact that a player on player block is one way.
Blacklists are 2 ways, the reason you see a greyed out whisper button means they blacklisted you.
Take a minute to comprehend this, your whole post seems to be revolved about your idea that blocks are only 1 way.
The reason i can see the shaded whisper prompts is because they have me blocked, and i can see them because they are Not blocked.
Blocks are one way.
Who is any player who can dictate who sees them or not.
Player on player blocks are one way.
If i cant see your messaging in general chat, youre using a cheat to accomplish that, because I have nobody blocked.

Look Iām not even sure if you would believe it was 1.7 percent blocked both ways they eliminated a bunch of the tenths because they could be abused. It use to be one way then they started abusing single operations like invites and whispers. Each one has been systematically reduced to try to remove those bugs. If you have complaints about game mods you need to talk to @HornOchse or if you want Iāll get you a number for the devs main office and you can try to talk to them in Russian. Tape record it too but tell them they are being recorded first or itās potentially illegal. It is not hard to find, these type of those number lines. Reporting it here is not going to do anything we have really few page readers as is.

Why are you going on about mods? Stay on topic or stay off it completely.
Simply put for you, if i dont have you blocked, then I shood be able to see your general chat messaging.

The part about mods was extra for politeness if anyone of the people you keep calling out were one.
The game is a patchwork of fixes they blocked every other function I think other than clan invites as those can come from another party to get it as close to 2 ways as they can. This is what your not getting. Itās not like it instantly went from one way to almost 2 way blocks overnight. To be really secure they should be doing 2 way blocks which is why I said originally it would be insufficient if it was just 1 way.
They can talk you will see some of it unless they talk via one of the other chat methods. The stuff you do not see isnāt hidden from you because of you itās hidden from everyone else that shouldnāt see it too. You do not get privileged to see what is in other peoples clan, battle, whispers. Everyone deals with that portion.
Iām not logged into the game right now so no you wouldnāt be able to whisper to me right now either. Youāre kind of connecting parts of how things function but leaving giant gaps in them. There isnāt any offline message functions for that to be even possible.
I would literally bring you a soda and go over this with you if I lived near you just to clean up this issue. You might get no response or some response if you post it to the issues address I showed in the other msg. If your not posting it to that that really tells me you just want to just have us the forum population reading your messages which classifies you as a troll on the forum which doesnāt mean I will treat you any badly in the game, Iām not like that. (Thatās lot of troll bait right thereā¦)
If your having serious issues in game though youāre going about fixing it wrong. The mods will need to know how you help create the situation that bugs you to reach out like this. You donāt have to tell me but you can tell the game master that I already tagged above. My other offer for numbers is still open too.
