They could just fix the one we have it’s enough if they raised the amount a little.

I know already they would agree with everything I said already as much of the stuff I said previously about targeting they attempted to use.

I think the flying distance drones need to well fly around they shouldn’t all hover above your build this just makes them easy to kill. The general managements of drones probably shouldn’t come from FPS games it should use aspects of other game types.

Unless you’ve had 2 or more players drop drones on you at the same time I doubt that you really realize how problematic it can be. I would look at what can be done in the radar area coverage that can be supported by an active player. It’s a large question but a fair one.

The ground drones should be looking to persist while firing too this means they need to learn to hide. It doesn’t matter if it’s behind a rock or another build as long as they have a firing angle.

I think all ground drones should behave like the Fuse drones, instead of following your own car.

Ideally both ground and flying drones should follow your car only until an enemy is within radar range.

But I also think they should keep the targeting feature and implement it like the proposed change. It’s not always useful, but is a really nice option when you do need it, and makes playing drones more engaging and fun.

Also owl and the other rocket drone, constantly misses, needs to be fixed.
I’m saying this not using the 2 but rather being the one not hit by them lol.

they both couldnt hit the broad side of a barn door, even if the barn door was 300 feet tall and 500 feet wide. it would still miss!
(the other is the anaconda, the turret version of the owl.)

Couldn’t agree more, shame tho because when I started playing Owl drones seemed cool to me.

i really liked anacondas but the problem is… well… everything.
incredibly low damage
a fire rate so slow you could have a 4 course meal and take a bathroom trip before it fires another rocket.
its accuracy is complete booty.
its a big target
bots will instantly target them making them completely useless.

im sure theres more but its sad seeing drones in such a weak state. i know alot of people dont like them but really drones shouldnt be that weak.

I read your changes and all seem fair with the exception of 2 things.

  1. I understand the Cockpit is a problem when used with melee, but making this change dramatically affects everyone’s Leviathans. A lot of people use it in that application and we love the way it plays. Its not overpowered in that application at all, it can be beaten by the Kami in current configuration. Plus, with many players packing on 8-10k durability, the damage is necessary to fight back with a maneuver play style. Cockpit are good support killers and Kamis are good Levi killers. Its fully balanced.

Please make an exception to allow Leviathans to keep the 75 kph activation. Its already tough enough to get to 125 on most Levis.

Either that, or make the changes for speed requirements apply to weapons intended for melee/ram mechanics, if that is truly the aim of the update.

Ive been a loyal player for years and Levis is one of my favorite parts of the game. Its good clean fun that enables players to advance into the wars setting. Please dont totally kill the cockpit.

  1. Shoot through parts. These parts are what keeps hovers and light wheeled shooter builds relevant to their much more durable and difficult to kill medium and heavy opponents. They’re necessary to keep guns mounted and stay in the fight where most guns can’t all be mounted to a cabin on the light cabin class. Shoot through abilities are also countered with cryo weapons, giving them a hard counter and balance. Reducing their stats serves to directly degrade the balance and optimization of the game for every single player in the game. From Leviathans to regulars, cars to hovers and heavies - nobody, except outlier players with little understanding of why these parts function the way they do, wants this. We all want these parts to remain the way they are. if you must change them, keep their effective durability and weight and alter the cabin supplied dura.

Please receive my response and consider it in your future release. I love this game dearly and want to see nothing but success from it. I think my propositions are reasonable and this is the first time in my 5 years in the game I’ve ever struck up a true rebuttal to balance changes.

They are trying to make the jorm/nidhogg combo less effecient so players will have to buy all jorms now when before you could use a combo build that was arguably more effective than just using straight jorms. Regretfully I sold one of my jorms right before the announcement and am now stuck with a single jorm combo build with the nidhogg :rage:

I sold one of them cause I never uses it after they added projectile speed and made it triple shot but it still a bit of a bummer.

levis are practically useless though outside of clan wars. if you could use your leviathans outside of clan wars in other ways then id be supportive but with how things are with them its completely pointless.

Not completelyy worthless, send them to levi invasions and see what happens. I usually get somewhere between 10-50 copper per battle, but I’ve hit the jackpot quite a few times with my max reward being 301 copper.

I’ve gotten that a few times but it normally drops off really fast again too. Much of the time mine wouldn’t even get a battle.

Good, glad levi’s are getting nerfed. All i used was a heavy cab the whole time. :skull::skull:

I got that opportunity…twice already I fought against my own levi! Once last year, and once this year. It happens VERY rarely; you gotta be ultra-super lucky. For the first 10 seconds or so I was in shock and was typing to the team “HEY THAT’S MINE!”. After that I didn’t pull any punches, but it punched me out first. :open_mouth:

I hardly ever play the mode. Though I have heard from other people that have played against some of mine that I made it hard to wedge on some of the older ones that I use to use. I’m just using them for art builds right now. Have two large Bipidal Mecha Hamsters out in the garage at the moment on PC.

I only sent it out a few times a joke.

this is why i suggested passive ways to get items like scrap, copper, etc from levis. they should add a mission system to the levis where you can send your leviathan out on missions ranging from easy to medium and hard. these would provide resources. easy doesnt take to long and nets you some rewards like scrap and copper. medium is a bit longer and nets you other resources. hard missions are the longest but can net you alot more resources. it gives our levis something to do and it can encourage beginners to make a small leviathan to send out and gather some extra resources.

i got a really good series of matches one time and got 500 copper but no more then that. it was long ago though before the battlepasses. i was at… i think around the 30 - 35k mark? around in there.
