Whats your favorite 5-6k builds?
Im curious with the current changes I hope to fight less bricks now… Spectre nerf sad as well but lets discuss

I haven’t played that range lately, but when I do I tend to stick mostly to special items, so that I can still run enough armour.
There are a lot of decent special weapons, and it’s nice that the cabins have perks now.
Recommendations really depend on your preferred playstyle. Mostly, what range do you like playing at? Or do you try to keep a mix of long, medium, and short range builds in your blueprints?
I try and build the best vehicle I can without using a generator.

I feel like there are always a few metas at any given moment, although one of those will always be more popular.
It will be interesting to see if the upcoming buff makes prosecutors (and executioners) more viable. My favourite low ps cannons are more along the lines of hulk/little boy for brawling, and median for sniping. Unfortunately I got greedy and sold my medians when the price surged.
But these days DPS is usually more effective, and I’ve been using both Storms and Therms with some success. Storms are better at long range, and therms are better at mid range.
Maces are still pretty strong at close range, and goblins are still good on the right build (I like them sandwiched between some meat grinders, under the cabin). Tempuras are viable if you want to play with some fire.
I think any of the special MGs are useable, but none excite me much these days.
If you go the no-generator route, you can often get away with using some epic items, and base it around an epic cabin. That extra speed (and more built-in energy) can give you the edge.
Call cabin, Three Cobras, Cheetah, Maxwell, Common Booster = 23 energy. If you use the 4 Bigfoot and a Radio and 2 Genesis, you will be too high. Just plain, maybe the 4 Array wheels from the free pack. No radio, no genesis, nothing explosive, massive passive melee front end, all sides too, maximum hp from structure parts and bumpers, use Phobos for speed boost, ram enemy, surrounded them in turrets and race away to ram someone else or 180 and ram them again!
I placed 3 adapters ( wich are normaly on 8-9k ) on a growl cabin and got at 6k powerscore build wich does very much damage
Id say dont make the best build you think is possible, but make a build you have most fun playing.

I would say skip passed 6000 and play at 8000. I built that vehicle, and it was fun, but tactics were terrible.
I do have some on exhibition under WildHaugs but they’re mostly 8k and up. They’re ones I use for fun.
