i honestly don’t think it will be like that, i think it has more chance of being 12 energy, as every time it was mentioned from trusted sources it was told it was going to be 12 energy, i am 90% sure that on release it will be 12 energy so grow spam won’t happen like the kaiju when it was released, but it’s stat don’t look good enought considering it is 12 energy, so i think that in an update way after it’s first introduction it may have a single point of energy reduced
It’s really gonna depend on how effective it’s gonna be. I said 10 or 11 to allow another secondary canon either turret or fixed for the sole reason that I don’t see such a weapon carry an entire team or be viable without teaming up. And we all know what teaming up is in this game, unless you do CW or team up with friends, it’s a russian roulette entirely.
