I already know thus why this petition everybody commenting to instead of signing. as demonstration of the crazy unbalanced lopsidedness of this game. especially for console where there is lower population level.
Sorry fella I think you have a fundamental misunderstanding of how the games PS and matchmaking mechanics work.
Please read back up to what the previous guy has been saying, itās true.

Itās frustrating playing VS teams when your starting out. It can be frustrating playing when your not starting out lol 
But we all took our lumps until we could dish them out. (FYI - I never play in teams, so Iām not defending something I do)
So, I do think I know your main problem.

Being prestige 10 (I know you said renoun, but I assume you mean prestige) puts you into a weird group with the match maker.
Soā¦ even though your kill ratio does not mater, being over engineer 30 does.
Even though it is not an exact science and also I do not have a reference that can comfirm this 100% from the dev teamā¦ BUT
It is a well established theory that before engineer 30 the match maker does its best to try and keep you in the ākiddie poolā so to speak.
It works hard to try and match you with newer playersā¦ then when you hit level 30 that restriction is removed and your pushed into the same ques with the big boys. You go from playing level 1-30 new guys to playing dudes that might have 200 prestige (aka 200x30 levels or 600 engineer)
The theory is the dev team does this to give new people a more mellow experience, and then once they have invested a good amount of time and maybe even a little money into the game they pull the gloves off. (Itās harder to leave if your invested)
This causes many people to spend real life money to compensate. (There are some well established predatory marketing plans used in this game that pray on basic human nature. Thatās why itās a āFreeā game.)
I have read/participated in many threads talking about this and it could be what your experiencing.
LoL. Where is this magic āfused gearā you start with on PC, and why didnāt I get any? I had to grind like hell to make my own.
becoming a legend quest line for NEW PC PLAYERS. get a bunch of fused gear I think I have 3 fused borers for example. in the first week alone of playing. a fused auto cannon and think one other . and fused growl I believe been a while since I accessed the PC version. BUT its a MAJOR step up compared to starting from scratch with NO questline that gives gear as I did on PSN.
I believe this was done to soften the blow when exceeding engineer 30 and get thrown in deep water with the seal clubbers. SO that you start with a little something of your choice. thats fused.
to me I donāt see the game really starting till hit engineer 30 when you unlock most of the game.
