About the new battlepass and more talks

i wanted to give my thoughts here on things and ramble a bit so here we go.

for the christmas event its sad that this event starts next week as opposed to now, then again knowing the devs itll only last 7 days then rotate to another random event thing for christmas crackers but idk. they have a ton of things in here available to make though so if you guys want to beef up your raijins then nows your chance but have fun paying an assload for that.

they have the new years trophy crate that needs 3000 christmas crackers to make but you can only make one of them. so… yay…?
they also require an ungodly amount of resources to make to. 800 wires? wouldnt it just be cheaper to make one as opposed to getting the crate?? idk im to distracted to do calculations.

another question i have is… what the fuck is with this “king duck” thing? you need to trade that and 3k christmas crackers for a relic container?? how do you get that duck?? how many people are going to HAVE that duck decor?? i looked at how you make it and apparently you need a ton of other ducks??
… this has got to be the biggest rug pull “f*ck you” by the devs yet imo.
oh and to add insult to injury they have a “duck treasure crate” which gives ducks… never thought id say those words in the same sentence but there ya go lol.

disappointed that they only had 3 day fireworks to. shame on you devs, make them permanent!

all in all i dont see many things i want in the christmas event rewards section. i mean maybe i might fuse some emilys and naguals even though i have 3 fused ones already.

as for the event pass i might get this and trade in that lucifer for a second mandrake. the additonal fatums and wheels would just be a bonus really. im kind of amused by that lucifer. if its a good price i may keep it, other then that i may just trade it for a mandrake.

i also want to talk about the Nemesis… ok first off this weapon needs 2 helios, a lucifer and a jackie to make. im guessing them putting that lucifer in the mini battlepass wasnt a mistake now was it devs…? :unamused:
the fact this gun needs that much just to make it is not worth it. but is it any good?
welllllll… slap 3 of them on a build and get that charge up and that damage output is absolutely stupid. this would be made even more so by a power unit module.
this guns damage potential is through the roof if you ask me.
i was destroying cars in my garage stupid fast with them to. i know the garage is different to pvp or pve but still it does alot of damage.

idk this christmas event seems kinda dry… anyone else feel the same?

I was looking at the ducks that are needed to craft it, if I remember correctly I believe they were all given away at various points in the year. I.e. 4 seasons. Do I care, not really… A bigger FY would be never to run it again, after a bunch of people start collecting ducks for it, for the next year.

The “King duck” costs 60k on PC, but at the very least the crate isn’t random.

What’s odd is sell/buy prices for some of the ducks… 20k to buy, but only 700 to sell…

At the very least we have P H O N K in Crossout now…

They sure do like their whales, and there is a lot there for them as usual. There’s some good bling in there for me as well, though. I love the Mary and Jane thing, for example. The Christmas bag with the guns and ammo decor is something I had when I started, but I scrapped it for the resources and then wished I hadn’t later.

There’s some good bling within reach on the benches too. Both Battle Passes seem good for leveling up an inventory for cheap if you needed to, and I think I need to. IDGAF about fancy guns much, but I won’t mind having a set for when I do need them.

I’m not sure any one thing is over the top wasteland richness, but between all the events, benches, challenges, and passes, I think I’ll get a lot of crap I like out of this season one way or the other.

funnily enough i got a stuffed rabbit and a stuffed cat named “little jane” and “little mary” which i dont know how i got them. were they from the previous pass or something?

i suppose so, i calculated to that from start to finish on the battlepasses main level 1 - 75 youll get 400 lighters.

i did some math

over the course of the 90 days this is active for you will gain 300,000 exp from the 6 missions you get per week. you will gain an additional 135,000 exp from the daily missions over the week.
adding that together we come up with 435,000 exp total. divide that by the number of exp required to level up, in this case 4,300 exp, and we get 101 levels at the max.

thats 725 additional lighters on top of the 400 we get from the levels 1 - 75 in the pass which gives us 1125 total lighters. 550 if you buy the premium pass which gets 15 extra levels. so that would be 1675 lighters total.
