Adventure Mode Rewards how long do i need to wait to receive them?

Can anyone tell me how long you need to wait to receive the rewards?

I got the Medal for Fiercehog on the 15.th of July and the Hidden Cam Medal today.

Neither of the rewards are available. The Portrait is still behind a lock and the Peeper Deco is not in my Storage, so my guess is the Servers need time to catch up?

from what i know there has been a bug which does not let you recieve them, i don’t know how you can recieve them… it may take time or you may need to ask support

The Servers catched up and i received the Items even without seeking Customer Support
