After taking a break

Its been like 3 weeks i have played i got on and played a few battles i noticed parts fall of alot faster than usual was there a silent armor nerf or something? its strange to see a big panel fall from a couple hits from a machine gun or was there a buff to some weapons?

a machinegun strips anything in seconds i dont think there was any buffs

I’m sure you have read the conspiracy thread. Some are trying to debunk the idea but… Who says the silent but deadly nerf & or buffs aren’t possible without any notice to the clients ?
But ya know those are mere rumors …

Anything is possible, but that seems unlikely to me.
The devs have a hard enough time keeping up with fixing the usual bugs and correcting balance issues. I don’t see them having the time and manpower to also be making a lot of secret adjustments.
Also, why would they keep buffs/nerfs secret? Balance changes are made to keep players happier and to show they respond to criticism. Keeping them secret would defeat that purpose.

every game has its ‘Ghost’ nerf or buff
its a small change that doesn’t need to be announced.
hence the ‘Ghost’

I mean it is possible, but they insist on documenting even the tiniest balance changes, so why not all of them? Why bother even making ones that people won’t notice?

Perhaps a wrong entry in the program affecting variables? An accidental entry could easily happen if one is being pushed hard or just a bad day . I was gonna be ornery and say “too much Smirnoff” but I wouldn’t dare mention that LOL.

That definitely happens, but usually as part of an update.
Seems like a day after most updates there is a bug fix patch.
I’m not side if they can change anything without pushing through a small update patch.
