- Add rotors and mech legs in The Awakening game mode

i replied idc either way, NOT because i’m a wheel purist (work on your poll choices better ),
but because you should damn well know what allowing those will do…knowing this community…so, pls, think before you ask…
normally i’d be all for it…but as empty as it is, adv mode is still a “semi-heaven” for beginners to:
learn how to play (safe from morrons, that is)
earn a bit of resourcess (which said morrons rob them off…)
get some easy xp (two hours of doing stuff with just the daily boost can get you more xp for factions that days of PvP…if you’re new at it, that is…)
so don’t go ruin it for them just 'cuz you’d like smt…or as i said…think before you ask, pls…
I want to do custom battles with the blood rock map, such a big space and has so much potential. And helis would make finding that last ravager camera so much easier (still missing one btw). I would love helis in awakening, only issue is the affect that would have on the different missions you do in the adventure mode. Those missions were designed for ground builds before helis were a thing in this game. The devs would have to rework all of those missions, or not allow helis to do them. Otherwise, helis would be amazing for awakening!!
I’m 100% for allowing rotors on the adventure map (legs are already permitted), but not in the awakening story mode itself. Awakening is supposed to be about the start of the game as a new driver, using wheeled builds, and all the missions are geared as such. We know they aren’t going to rewrite the whole thing to allow for copters.
I’d also like the invisible walls lifted for people (like myself) that would like to be able to climb to the top of escarpments and peaks on the map, to enjoy the views. About a month before the advent of rotors this year, many maps were opened up, invisible walls removed, etc. and alot of us Bedlam types had a field day going outside map boundaries and climbing to 20,000 feet with rotors. If they would allow this on the awakening map, it’d be the most popular map ever.
I think I saw the new mech legs are for helis only, so ground builds won’t be able to use the new legs in the upcoming season. I could be wrong, and am hoping I misunderstood it.
Sorry, I tell it like I see it. If it hurts your feelings well I can’t help that. I could have phrased it much more toxic but I felt Purist was fitting . People get their feelings hurt so easily in this day & age .
Not sure where you get “Ruining it for them” Everything is PVE in Awakening and should remain that way.
Allowing these in Awakening would support the game for all enthusiasts IMHO.

I hear ya. Just as the engineers level opens more beneficial opportunities this too could be the sole way to prevent or allow the use of rotors in Awakening. If you do have the Engineers level unlocked for allowing rotors . *Note all challenges Must be completed for use in Awakening before that feature can be fully unlocked for use in said.
Heli only GAMEMODES, not ground builds entirely, im interested how the new “arcade” will play out
I requested if the Mech legs and or Rotors would/ could be added to the Awakening map.
I received a stern “No” from the devs.
I suppose if it had monetary value, Perhaps they would bust a n** to add them.
