[Announcement] The new forum engine

From what I’ve been told, nobody important pays attention to general chat either, except to ban people for saying the wrong thing.

I like the forums, It lets me ask questions when general chat is being mean and share stuff I couldn’t share in the chat (mainly short videos i make from time to time). If I posted a video link in general chat I’d get banned for it. Here it is okay as long as it is somewhat relevant and not completely inappropriate (in other words, no po** or anything like that). If they shut down the forums I’d miss people like @Poony4u and @MudnBeer and several other forum users that I don’t usually talk to in-game or that don’t play the PC version. I’d have to go to Reddit, and from what I’ve heard people are horrible there. Please, if you want to leave then leave, but leave the forums alone. :sob:

kinda true but mostly not. My whole family will agree that technology has only made things more difficult. Example you have to do everything online instead of simply calling.
Or getting a job. Waaaaaaay harder these days, 1 unlimited immigration. But mainly resumes online instead of handing it in by hand. Chances of getting an interview keeps dropping.
I could go on. But like I said your right about somethings tho

the reddit crossout community is toxic and alot of people there are rude.
i dont use it alot and even when i do i tend to get downvoted by alot of people there. for example, i brought up that the jotuns cross eyed bug needs to be fixed when going under bridges or low hanging ceilings and while i got some upvotes there were people who downvoted me as well for no reason. guess their fragile egos got hurt by the mention of the jotuns.
not everyone there has a fragile personality or a fragile ego, some people are nice. but a large majority seem to be the toxic whales who love crapping on people.
like some people wanted the game to be better and complaints rolled in, well the jerks of the community started hating on those who just wanted the game to change for the better. its a shame we have those types of individuals in the community. we dont complain because we want to see a game fail, we complain because we like the game and want it to succeed. i guess some people dont see it that way.
