Well now I know how the revolver works, it just autoloads the next shot. I wonder how on earth it will function with Manitou though. Seems…ok I guess, kinda mediocre by first impression

The rocket seems ok but not as missile spam-y as I thought. Solid but not omg amazing looking

The “grenade” launcher simply just travels at light speed along the ground after hitting the ground, kinda neat but is this just going to be Imugi 2.0 getting shot from enemy spawn even before you load in properly? And is the long shot gonna be useless against hovers, how will it handle terrain?

Did I see it wrong or is the orbital strike mine just 4 energy? You can run 8 of these per build if you are rich enough? What in the god damn

The Squall support weapon is only 4 energy but is limited to 2. The weapons damage output is insane if you can bottleneck the enemies or hit them at the right time. I already posted my opinion of the weapon on another post.

ya just read it.
im still going to get it before they nerf it…

Now this is interesting - the bonus might either reset on every autoload or only on the regular “full reloads”. In the first case it would be pretty much useless. But the second case though…

I feel like area-denial weapons need to have insane damage so the enemies won’t just drive through the zone.
Personally I would prefer them to keep Squall’s extreme damage but limit the weapon to one per build and give it a very long reload - it could excel at its intended purpose but would require a thoughtful launch.
This would also reduce the air strike spam once everyone unlocks them…

Looking at some more informative videos on youtube on the new parts, and wait the revolver only has about 370 hp? Dead on arrival. Damage does not seem that impressive, 12 energy, I am suspecting a buff when other parts get nerfed, if they do. Definitely has the material to be the Vulture/Punji of the pass by the looks of it, like 0 excitement towards it

And the Darling does not travel along the ground, but shoots forward, that’s much more straight forward. Honestly they were talking of how hitting things with it would be tricky but this looks much more straightforward and easy to use. Massive hp, big damage, seems like this is the MVP of the pass, this or the rockets, but capping at 4 it kinda…does not feel that amazing, like go max reload speed with locusts and you’re spamming rockets almost the same, it’s kind of like a locust but you just have to press the fire button a little bit less times per battle. But damage is solid on both of these, and props to getting 2 with a pass level rather than just 1, even though you need at least 4 to have a build

Honestly we got a much more easy to use Slaughterer, much more easy to use Swarm, Locust bred with a Cricket and then a very bad revolver, and random aah wheels that might be ok but at the same time might not. Definitely does not seem worthless but not that great either

New cabin gives +40% more explosion radius, Harpy only gives +20%, maybe the +40% makes explosions feel great again, who knows, the +20% from Harpy certainly does not feel like it does anything to make explosions more viable and effective

Honestly this new rate of passes they have per year feels a bit too fast paced for the people in charge of this game, they are cooking but the end results feel in general very mediocre and then have to be either be OP from the start or buffed insanely OP just to sell it. They just can’t hit that sweet spot they had going on in the more glorious days, passes got streamlined and really have that feeling of just being pushed out of a conveyor belt at a factory with quota more in mind than quality

You’ll only be able to get your second legendary at level 86 if I calculated it right, so no matter what build you want to run it’s going to take forever again until you can. Other than that just the basic filler rewards, sadly more cringe text boxes instead of actual loot. Paints seemed pretty basic at first glance, but hard to judge the effects on a youtube video
