this is odd.
That… is odd. There should be no reason for the bots to have a 2k PS advantage across the board.
does a 1000 ps difference prevent everyone from doing anything
At higher PS, no. But at 7k a 2k PS difference is a lot.
And clearly Beer tried.
Mostly, though, it looks like a bad case of Useless Teammates, which unfortunately has no cure.
looks like a forced loss match to me.
and i find that typical to. not just the loss but the powerscore difference there as well.
Dude…
The scores on the players are pitiful.
I don’t care what sort of build you have, barely breaking 50 is just bad.
ive seen it happen before with forced loss matches, its not new.
That might be the case, but on “Forced loss” matches I usually break 300 points minimum, so I have a bit of a high expectation.
No biggie. I’m frequently down over 3K compared to the toughest bot, and have been down 5k many times…in patrols. That’s when I just race to the other side of the map and try and cap.
There are higher PS bots on each team. Looks to me like the overall PS of each team is about equal, although I haven’t bothered to add them all up to check.
I feel that in patrol it’s fairly easy to have your own team wiped. Bots have terrible pathfinding but they still have their perfect aim. If for some reason many “single tap” weapons like cannons are rolled, if an ally is a bit overzealous to meet them they will almost instantly die to a dozen shells to the face. This can repeat easily two of three times and after that the number plays in their favor.
Bots are still easily twarted by rapidly entering and breaking line of sight making them move aimelessely (or just taking a heli and fly above them… for some reason 99% of the builds cant shoot directly up but they still try to move right under you).
So yeah I think it may be a case of people playing less seriously ou just worse players playing the mode. The bots still seem in the same broken state they have always been.
thats fair but he was basically playing solo regardless
