Assembly for a beginner KB for 9000 OM

Tell me an assembly that a beginner player can assemble for team battles for 9000 power points from standard parts or not very expensive parts.

What weapon to choose and what cabin.

So that it is not very expensive but effective. With weapons that can be crafted or bought at an affordable price.

So far, the only car in the garage for 9000 is the Commit.

On PC. The Call cabin is cheap, Grenadiers are cheap, Array wheels are free with free content, Cheetah engine is cheap, chameleon is cheap, detector is cheap, ammo is cheap. Bootstrap is not cheap! Lose the cloak or detector if you use the cheaper Gas Gen, but your PS will be lower. 4 Bigfoot wheels would increase your PS and your effectiveness and mass.
