‘trickery’…
the whole game is face hugging and basically standing still.
these perks are useless ! ‘change the Perk please’ or
80/km ,how about 0 or 5km ? 
with SGs i don’t use rads anymore, only coolers
I think both those perks work better with machine guns than shotguns.
Also, seal and oppressor’s perks benefit greatly from buggy wheels, which are dirt cheap.

Spread reduction works for shotguns fairly well especially if your trying to target particular parts.
On my mace build I use 2 fused seals and 1 rare upgraded cooler. It works fine for me.
