I just wanted to hear how long it takes for a reported issue to be processed and for feedback to be received. I reported something 5 days ago, with all the requested data and screenshots and just wanted to know how long it took for other players.
All I’ve ever gotten was a form letter email. No change that I noticed.
That being said, when I look at the community tab on Steam, the game usually has 2000 to 5000 players at any given time. That’s only counting the people playing via Steam. I imagine out of all of us playing, they get a lot of issues communicated to them. I imagine they don’t respond to many, but read them & implement changes based on them.
