BEWARE the Squall! So busted!

This is not click bait. The new Squall support weapon is soo busted! I have never seen a weapon that is this overtuned! But don’t rely on me please take a look for yourself.

Shock Radio Gaming is showing this weapon on his live stream. (Free plug)

First the Squall costs just 4 energy. It is limited that you can have only 2.

Sigh… I hope that the dev’s really take the damage down a notch or will see this weapon all over the place.

Thanks MudnBeer. I will drink 2 that! But I really hope that there is a counter. Isn’t there a module that lets you see hazards on the ground? I forgot what it is called.

doppler radar, but that dont matter cause u see the firestorm coming down.

its prob my fault for this wep, i told them to use the missile strike thingy in that 1 map that u can activate…
anyway it will be nerfed soon…
i still like like it,needs to heat the parts up too.if they take the damage down.

they say u cant see it ( idk about on radar though…

FYI - The AR-27 Morgan revolver weapon is undertuned and takes 12 energy. (Very disappointing damage.)

The Cicada missile weapon takes 6 energy and does medium damage when you have 4 of them. This is seen in the Crossout Battle Pass video with Alexi.

The RPG Darling does good damage for a legendary weapon and seems to better against bigger builds. The weapons hit boxes look pretty easy to hit due to its vertical size.

I’m not convinced it’s going to be as overpowered as it looks in the video.

The other artillery weapons do huge damage as well, but actually hitting your target is the problem.
And the delay between firing and the missiles hitting looked pretty long to me.
It will be great for momentarily denying an area, and also good against clusters of enemies, but I don’t see it dominating the game (other than the week everyone unlocks it and everyone tries it out at the same time).

I am more worried of the graphical implications of the Squall. The game already runs like anus from time to time, straight up crashes if there are too may fire puddles/explosions on the screen, lags and stutters like spyware, server hamster being overworked and on it’s deathbed, servers themselves crapping out at least daily and so on…

With how low of an energy requirement and how good the Squall is, you’re going to be looking at at least 1-2 per person each match on both teams so that’s at least anywhere from 5-20 squalls going off at all times during the match and I just do not have any faith that this game and these servers can handle it properly

morgan max effect is 28% increased reload speed. that reload speed looks awful…

cicadas ability is downright trash. you have to hit your shots to be able to fire more rockets. no thanks.

darling can and will be a problem. i can see these being overpowered on helis and heli builds abusing these.

squall: WTF with that damage!? :neutral_face: i can see some people running those on helis and making peoples time in the game absolutely horrible. this weapon in and of itself is going to be the most broken weapon in the battlepass i feel. imagine this on a harpy…

destroyer: dude that is absurdly broken… i cant see it to well in the video but holy crap thats insane…
