BOOMER's

No not that kind…u know the rarer kind…like me…still reppin those long ol bang sticks.

What kind of placement do yo think is most effective for booms. Do other booms get wasted by other booms exploding if they are staggered wrong or too close to each other.?

Trying to fugure out spacing and staggering for best bang for my buck.
Maybe booms do better grouped up or all at a certain height level.

Anyone ever have experience with this? I feel im the only boom user these days…i NEVER see other users… this goes back years…and i do have some good success with them.

Any boom tips would be nice…i run 12 to 13 on a passive melee build.

I only use booms/lances in bedlam if I’m dueling with another boom/lance user. Realistically, a one-shot weapon makes no sense either in PVE or PVP.

Kill or mess up the better players and melee help the rest of my team. I get good points! Build is quite effective just unsure of benefits of boom placement. I guess i will just experiment.

If you run boom sticks, then it’s not a passive melee build, it’s a lancer…just saying.

IDK, i use them in a big cluster, and sometimes not all explodes at the same time, i also have a gasgen and a rune .
When i hit centre mass and connect just right everything goes off, rune has a huge kick, what’s left of my build seems a pinball .

It becomes a passive melee build after the boom as i have passive melee weps mounted all over for after boom ramming.

Man, Lances and Booms with some boosters, first ever build I had genuine fun with way way back

Sadly these “guns” have been killed off completely. People always go on about how they’re noskill and so on and deserve to never be viable, but I personally don’t see any difference between someone getting instadeleted by 12 lances or in 2-3 seconds by a 5 imp build or a token shotgun build (rare these days) or a nemesis build. Like 2 hovers with scorps 4-shotting (both shooting once) a single player by aiming at center of mass = someone boosting into a player and killing them with a single bonk with multiple lances, as far as “skills” goes imo
