Literally didn’t show up in my account, received the confirmation email for the purchase and it showing up on my credit card already. Should I go straight to Sony to get my money back or the devs here?
Okay, so apparently I had to restart the game? This is the very first time this has ever happened and it scared me lol. Heart rate normal now.

i bought crosscrowns but did not receive them. already restarted the game. Somehow they showed up not on the pc but on the ps5? How is this possible? I play on pc. Please help
If you started on a PSN account but linked over to PC, you can’t buy anything in the store for your PC account, except Crosscrowns for PSN or Warthunder, etc. No Crossout passes, no CCs for Crossout, no premium, no gifting or receiving gifts, nothing. I know several people in the same spot you’re in, and the policy SUCKS. You might ask them why. If they give you an answer, please let us know.
