i’ll be kicking people not active, but that’s my own management style.
our clans just need to get out of the “Unknown” category to start receiving rewards.
plus, with the Band’s thingy, players don’t need to group with their own clan mates, we just need to group up with people that are in a clan. Anyone on your friends list that’s in a clan is eligible.
Now, in truth, most people here have never played with me in a group and that’s because (most will say this is true) I’ve declined nearly ALL invites to groups. I’m a solo player. That’s me.
BUT
As a clan member and leader, I’m part of something that’s bigger than myself (video game or not), and if towing the line that the devs are creating (one that just might help the game if we all fall in line) means Crossout will eventually bust into the Mainstream, well, then…it’s time to fall in line. That’s me.

I do that to people who add me in-game, I give them 15 days of not being active then they get the 
Done so for years
The good news is you have the tools to see if people are playing. They will not get any reward if they don’t contribute to the score anyways, so having a non-active kick policy is a good thing.
Also you can get contribution points from doing all kinds of stuff. So someone that just plays the game an hour or so a day can contribute a lot.
I made 9000+- confrontation points in the first two game sessions. So it is doable.

I appreciate discipline too. Otherwise I’d still be a rogue…maybe a dead rogue, at this point. It’s probably what I deserve. I was pretty into the whole rogue thing for a while.

same but I give them 180 days.
the role I’ve ALWAYS settled into for games is the hermit hunter. It’s one I find hard to break out of, specially in trying to take on the role of a “leader.”
Well you’re a lot more generous than me, though there are times when I can’t log into the game or even leave it, like right before they started the battle passes, I missed the first 2 least the first one
The battle passes did get me back into the game but now they’re a bit too many being pushed with horrible rewards, even more so now as the parts you get are now untradable lol
but you can tell who left the game or taking a break even with my 15 days thing

no one’s forcing us to kick anyone, I mean, if i have a GOOD friend in the can that doesn’t participate, well then, it’s MY prerogative… Yours too, whether or not they benefit from staying or getting kicked.
I know I said I’ll kick for inactivity but that’s not so black and white. “Inactivity” extends into the past. If they’re a great player when online, then, I’m not kicking them just because they didn’t log in for a week, month, year…
I like to think I’m fair in things, not just black and white.

That sounds like my father.
I played a similar role in life and ended up with felony convictions, and time behind bars. So when I say, most of my friends are assholes, they really are the kind of people that have figured out how to screw things up in a deep and persistent way.
Hell, I currently have a bench-warrant out for my arrest (assaulting a police officer)…I didn’t do it. I just scared and embarrassed him I think…he’s not even a real cop. It’s stupid.

no, with the Bands thingy, we just need to group with people in a clan, any friends on your friends list in a clan will do.
