so im wanting to test out some other weapons / combos / things i want to build but building now seems so awkward. do i need to delete one of my builds to try to make a new one? i dont have that many blueprint slots in here and i want to just build a car to test out weapons / wheels / etc without using a blueprint slot, can i not do this anymore?
yes its been this long since i tried building anything from scratch because i didnt want to use the new system. the most i did was edit old builds and save them when i thought they were good. but now that i want to just make a new build i cant just store everything in the current build and make a newer build to test stuff in the garage without having to use a save slot?
am i missing something here? this system is ass.
Alot of people use the exhibition slots not to exhibit, but to store other actively-used cars, and swap them out as needed.
If you have 20 blueprint slots and 20 exhibit slots, keep 1 blueprint slot free. You can use that to swap between exhibit and blueprints, or use it for development.
this 1 is from new build process
not so hard…just empty 1 slot…it’s just a bit more clicking to get there now…
and so long you don’t lock a build you can change stuff…
I’m not generally that attached to my builds, so I just delete one and start from scratch.
I kind of doubt that the undo function will allow you to go back to the build you deleted, but it might be worth experimenting to see.
I think if you don’t delete the blueprint, your should be able to undo your way back to the original build.
I’m still a bit confused about saving blueprints. I keep manually doing it as I’m working on something, but it seems like sometimes it saves automatically. I’m not sure what triggers that though.
this as well…
