Well I did it. I went off the deep end and sold my Porcs to fuse my Helicons and put in buy orders for 2 Helicons. There is no going back now.
Really, I’ve been dissatisfied with Porcupines for a long time and delighted with Helicons since day 1. Helicons are like Porcupines shot out of a cannon.
The reason I am unhappy with Porcs is that they don’t seem to do very well in regular clan wars. They don’t really stop rush, as Ermak Grizzly Breaker builds can plow through them, and fire dogs can flash them. They get shot off, outranged, and blown up on you by machine guns. They only do huge damage against non-moving targets and have suffered from the many Kapkan nerfs.
In Levi wars, Porc fire does well against wedged levis but they don’t really stop a Levi unless you have four and the combined impulse can shoot them over.
Bronze and Silver league players are booked up on anti Porcupine play and have zero problems against Porc teams.
On the other hand, Helicons are good at brawling, in close ranges and can snipe against spiders and unaware hovers at range. The fusion should help with all of that.
This is my first relic fusion, so its a bit of a leap for me.

I wish they’d roll out at least 1 or 2 insert celebration themed CKs for weapons as an option to craft.
Would be cool to have halloween themed gun ck or christmas themed gun ck
Or even more ravager themed gun ck
Or ck in general, not making CK’s in specific artstyle for lots of guns is a missed opportunity, I’d be playing the trick or treat modes nonstop if I could craft a ravager themed vulture drone ck or halloween themed corvo ck for example. Give us more ck options per gun, rather than every gun having 1 ck, 2 if you’re lucky, and most having none at all
