As an addict i can say with confidence that is it not a drug problem.
After talking to Dima some more i gathered he is bi/pansexual, and just likes to sexually dominate people.
I guess the chatspamming is his version of foreplay or something.
When i asked why he does it nonstop.
“just quoting memes” he says.
And “it turns me on” when i read his words back to him.
I think we are dealing with some kind of sociopathic sexual predator here.

Or well, needs 2 people swearing in russian that most people can’t understand, 1 person with the most broken english imaginable calling everyone noobs and telling they sock or sack, maybe a few DMs really worth being DM’d to another person (debatable) and then it’d be a normal day in chat
