Soap box deployed! The Current Meta build style with spaced armor for Leviathans in invasion are becoming next to impossible to beat. Sure I love a challenge and don’t want it to be a push over reaping rewards like shooting fish in a barrel . But this is getting rather tiring to say the least. It doesn’t matter how many repair kits you spend you’re toast. Many times being killed while re spawning. That really torques the lug nuts. Sadly I say there needs to be a limit of sorts. Heck every thing else in this game has limits. Okay, I’m locked & loaded for the comments. *Late entry, I don’t need any build better or git good remarks.

The meta isn’t always the only thing that works.
It’s much too effective, but there are other things that work.
Try high-power weapons on a low power (but dense, durable) chassis, worked for me. It was just in the sweet spot for being matched against lower PS enemies, but really effective against them.
'twas not pretty, but it worked (and looked better than most leviathans do).
For fighting the spaced armor builds: I’m sorry, I have no tips…
Invasion is soo boring, I’m stuck using the same acari/jotun combo over and over. Can’t even use porcs in invasion without getting instantly cooked.

As far as Invasion Leviathans … you’re only as good as the team you have. If you are implying you need to be able to do this without the other players, we can always have the devs add the little bot cars that used to be in it before they took them out and make it harder. I can damn near solo those levis with an incinerator king hadron… but I’ve been killing them since the game came out and know how to affectively hide from … but it is a lot easier with team mates.
In other words quit your bitching and find better strategies and approaches

Jotun is good against all leviathans (but especially spaced armour), and so is Acari.
Incinirators are still good too, but the problem is when people are using cryo and flame at the same time, as the debuffs cancel each other out.
id say run a jotun or an incinerator build. the debuffs from the jotun are good. incinerators are decent but they heat slower. a direct hit helps. if you have someone running an acari thats a good combo with the jotun/incinerator. if its a slow build like on legs then you can land jotun shots pretty easily.
I would try to give something… but I haven’t fought those types of builds yet. I would say crossbows, as they have good piercing so they could (in theory) make it through the armor.
