Does anyone use Enlightenment? I think it needs a rework

Hello, I think that like Oculus, no one uses Enlightenment (at least Oculus is starting to be used thanks to the rework of the energy consumption system), it is a shame since it doesn’t seem like a bad module to me, but the problem lies in : Why do I want an Enlightenment when I have a Maxwell, Oculus, Verifier and Doppler that do a better job? I think it needs a rework.

Two small ideas occur to me, the first is simple, remove the energy point it consumes, in this way, Enlightenment could be complemented with the rest of the radars, making it an equivalent to the Flock module. and the second idea would be to change its mechanics but conserve original functionality, here I honestly can’t think of anything but I’ll leave the idea in case you’re interested.

Perhaps it could function somewhat similarly to the Hippogriff, but for only one enemy?

It’s not a bad idea, it would be interesting.

Hi, AlkatrauXX,

I got the same about the Daze ! Does it work ? I use it in confrontation and I wonder…

Crossoutly,

lol It’s needed a rework since it was released. Even the bots hardly ever use them.

The way I would change this thing, is that

  1. Once it attaches into an enemy, it will stay attached until it is shot off. No time limit, it can stay attached to an enemy for all match if it’s not shot off
  2. While it is attached to an enemy, you can’t shoot another one, reload only starts if the Enlightenment missile thing is destroyed, so 1 tagged enemy per Enlightenment
  3. When it is attached into an enemy, it disables the ability to use invisibility. You can’t activate it until the enlightenment missile is destroyed off of you. No activating invisibility at all with an enlightenment attached to you

That way it could actually do its original intended purpose rather than not even being able to do what it is supposed to be able to do
