I predicted OP hovers being more op because of Dolores.
And because of Hovers being op, delores will likely be Nerfed very hard.
Hovers make just about everything better. (It’s obvious by now)
it reduces the damage of your weapons at the start by 20%
as you deal damage though it adds damage, 8% every stack up to 10 times.
this stack goes up to 10 times being 80% but because of the 20% nerf it only goes up to 60% extra damage. add onto that damage boosting modules to like the jackie and i think the damage will get pretty high. jackie boosts it by 12% i believe.
wait… but then it also boosts damage by an initial 15% “until the next bonus is received” what does that mean? does it mean the charge?
im curious now… if its at 9 charges and gets an additional 15% damage bonus till the final charge then thats insane. 52+ 15 = 67% add onto that the jackie which is 12% more and thats 79% more damage.
does it add the 15% on in the final charge? so 10 charges is 60% extra damage and if it added the 15% its 75 plus a jackie would be 87% more damage…
think you can do some more testing? see if the extra 15% applies to the final charge.
