Dumbed down vfx

I’ve noticed that over the years the devs have dumbed down weapon vfx. Autocannon impacts used to shower sparks all over the target, they no longer do that. Cannon impacts used to as well. I miss how my cross map tsunami snipes would fountain sparks off the side of whoever I hit.

Are your graphics settings maxed out? You can alter the vfx complexity in settings…

They are.

it seems like a trend where game devs are destroying the games unique character by making the sound effects sound like toys. this happened to Rust. although sound effects are the absolute last thing to worry about in a joke of a game like this
