If you did what you were suggested to do in order to appeal they either forgot or thought you did something wrong. Iām not sure what could it be though since they donāt tell you exactly what it is.

Iām not really a gamer anymore, I just took a liking to the mechanics of Crossout! Building from scratch,
and an auction house to buy and sell parts. Two of my favourite aspects of a game. It was 12+ years since I last gamed.
Yeah, I got told a few days ago what the block on my account was for. Stupidest reason imaginable!
Without being told though, all I had to go by was the āmultiple violations of the Eulaā
I wonāt go into the details because I donāt want to risk affecting any outcome on recovering my account.
But the longer it goes on, there will be a point of no return for me. Iāll spill the beans then.
What I can say is that there are a lot of people Blocked from the game for the same reason!
After much consideration it seems to me to be totally pointless to even try to attempt the accusation,
I have read all I can find about it, and it still doesnāt make 100% sense to me.
There is some botched automated system screwing totally innocent players out of their accounts.
It needs investigating and to be fixed, because I guarantee there will be more good accounts lost!

for the same ridicules reason as me! With little to no help despite asking!
I am doing my best to get this resolved! Keep posting on either your own topics or this one that I created!
The most important thing is to keep getting your name seen along with the level of help you have been receiving!
I have just made a step in the right direction, and I āthinkā the issue and maybe the cause has been noticed!

This is a bitter person blame the game company for his/her own action. This game doesnāt need much real money input to unlock most parts. Aside from BP, I have not spend anymore real money. I did play for many hours on the first year.
The only people need to use large amount real money are the meta chasers not doing well in CW or not doing CW.
If players get the timing right on fusing offer, they can even have many UG items for little resources.
I had an issue with a computer I have bought 2 years ago. I did start crossout on my xbox too. I do see the improvements they have made for now players. I went from nothing to level 10 within a few days and I only spend very little time playing.
I do hope you and the game company can find the issue very soon, and you can enjoy the game again.
Bruh I was level 30 before my first epic part (or close to that), leveling up is the easiest shit in this game. You can get to lvl 30 in a week.
The problem aināt reputation, the problem is parts. If anything, if devs donāt make the ressources grind easier, they should def make the reputation grind harder, because all the friends I tried to introduce to this game gave up after hitting engineer 30 and being thrown in the big boys pool with a pair of rare wheels and 3 Vectors.

I canāt understand some peopleās action. They keep on and on about how bad the game or the game company is. Yet, they are willingly spend more time to play the game and/or time on here to complainā¦??
When I am not happy with a game. I delete it and wonāt look back. When I am bored with a game, I let it stay on my computer and do log on to play every now and then. Of course, I know NOT every part of any game would be to my liking. If I do care for it to be improved, I would explain why and make suggestions. So far, many of my suggestions made it on crossout, and number of them didnāt.
Overall, the game has improved on many ways and the updates and adding staffs by the game company suggest the game company is doing well. Quite funny compare to topics and posts keep on about the game is dead or going to die.

It is easy enough to level the base faction engineers, but the other factionsā¦ Not so much lol. 
Agreed, lvl 10-15 arenāt fun. At least thereās not too many mandatory parts there for CW, except maybe the giant firestarter ones.

The only guy who is dealing with my case sent me a second message recently two weeks after I first received the
30-year block on my account simply reiterating in a very cold and accusatory way what my block was for.
Seriously. Not even a Hello. He is totally ignoring what I am telling him and not even acknowledging
the messages I have sent in reply. I have explained in full that I have not done what I am accused of doing,
and also, how utterly fruitless, pointless and useless it would be to even attempt the accusation!
I mean seriously, before he told me what I was accused of, I didnāt know anything about it,
but since being told, I have read every single thing I can find about it, and genuinely what a waste of time it
would be for anyone dumb enough to even think about it! I am really getting furious about it now!

I do not agree with the treatment of genuine players some who (as stated themselves) even pump cash into the game!
I had been playing for a year, I had taken engineers to around 50-60 level, syndicate (season)100+, scavengers I had
all the premium parts so 19? firestarters, lunatics, steppenwolfs, were all level 15 (no premium parts) I was working on
nomads at about lvl 13 and I had never touched the energy guys, I canāt remember their names lol. I had also unlocked
every single engineer badge part (recently completed). that took a year for me to do playing on average 2-3 hours
casually per day. And then there were my builds, which I canāt show you because Iām blocked from the gameā¦
That is an example of the high or low amount that can be done in a time scale. Personally, I think it is grindy.
