Farewell XO Forums! (You will be missed)

I usually dont bother with doom predictions, but since this is my 3rd crossout forum ive been apart of in the last 9 years, maybe it has some truth.
And Hi Lexi_Games, aka xo_guy123
Why did you change to a new account?

Well what if I start my own “Forums refuge” server?

Independant of the official?

Its not as easy as you think, but i would support it. :+1:

It is so incredibly easy to start a private discord. I could just send the link here and have everyone join.

Yep discord is easy, maybe you should have led with that.

Yeah… probably

How do you know who’s crippled?

This forum is very useful.

  1. It is a place where important questions about Crossout are asked and answered.
  2. This forum fosters community and camaraderie.
  3. This venue is a key place for the dissemination of communications from Gaijin and the game developers.

The notion that this forum is “useless” is not valid.

Discord is pitiful, poorly implemented garbage. There are far superior, noncommercial options available. NASA even uses TeamSpeak. Discord became so popular because most members of the general public are fools.

This is a figurative expression

The same applies to other official and unofficial game resources.

It was like that before it was transferred to the this “brown” engine. Now it is obsolete and has given way to other communication platforms

It’s good that you (definitely not a fool) came into this topic and explained how everything really is.
You can return to the NASA Teamspeak server and tell them about this huge success

Reddit? No thank you.

I’m still unsure if the forums will shut down, but if they do, you can enable General chat in the gear icon on the chat window (top right corner of chat). Most users here don’t like it, and it is also moderated (most of the time), so no insults/spam/nono words/banned topics (religion, politics, etc.). This may be my last hope of seeing you all if the forums shut down. If they do, maybe try Gen chat? It’s kinda the same, but you can’t go back to topics that were there before you logged on. Just something to consider if and when the forums shut down.
