Look at this poor guy at the bottom, 7k in with 2 13k users and 1 10k.
Is the playerbase really THAT low? 
It feels like it could be sometimes. My queue times are really long often, and sometimes the power-score spread is overwhelming like that, but not as bad usually. Not in PVP, anyway. In patrol it can be that bad pretty regularly, so I’m not surprised to see a brawl turn out that way.
This is happening more often sadly.
I do agree due to a lower player base.
My personal thoughts: The new meta of the pay wall is running off clients IMHO. Nothing like the constant drain of at least 2 events at the same time monotonously .
I digress… 
i seen someone with a 4k powerscore in a match with people that had 12 - 14k builds. not surprising really.
