And don’t craft anything.
If I was going to start a fresh account I would grind with white gear and sell all the resources I get. Take those coins to buy low and sell high in the rare item market.
As soon as you are selling 20 blues and buying 20 blues at a time your ready to move forward. Use the coins that are extra beyond the 20/20 to get your gear and always have 20 selling and 20
Buying.
Only focus on one build, don’t fall into the trap of doing daily quests unless it is already the weapon your using or unless you have one your selling that you can use. The quests are a side track to get you to start working on multiple builds.
You can go from nothing to relics in a few months.

I crafted a Deadman’s Chest and sold the contents. Added to the coins I had (about 175), I now have 714.16. I put my resources, a few wheels, and whatever else that wasn’t tied down on the market, with hopes that I’ll hit about 800 coins. I think that will be enough to get me started with the program.
It feels like the timing is right. The Witch Hunt event offered me a good opportunity to get the ball rolling, and it’s still Monday here, and it’s the end of the month. I like tidy books like that. It should help me keep track of my progress easily.
I’ve got a small inventory of unsalable blue items from some promo packs, and I think that should allow me to build a couple different arrangements. That way I’m not just doing ACs all the time (they’re working pretty good for me. Poony4U was right), and that way I get a little variety. I can’t sell them anyway, so I think that works out peachy.
I’m a little excited to work the game in a new way. It seems like an interesting adventure. I’ll post my appreciation next Monday. Thanks for the advice. Wish me luck.

So, on Xbox, if I had 1k-2k coins to start with. I could make 5-10k profit a week. Sometimes even more if an event or pack hit.
But I have been working the market for years, I know exactly what to buy and when.

Crap. I ruined this thread by rearranging my image files over at ImgBB, and now I can’t edit those posts to fix the images that are now missing. I didn’t realize that option would time out like that. I wanted to get my files in order, here and on my PC, because I intended to run with this idea, and things were arranged haphazardly.
Once RoughMonkey suggested a technique for working the market, the lights went on and it all made sense. The RexLincoln persona revolves around a pun on money (King Penny), the $.01 I had left from the near whole dollar I spent on this account, and how far I could stretch my measly investment in this game as essentially a free2player. It just all came together so perfectly from a role-player’s perspective, and suddenly it made sense. That one piece of advice was what I was missing to make this moniker truly amusing, and I am very amused.

Since I can’t fix this thread, I’ll probably abandon it and start another, once I get all my ducks in a row. Sorry to dork out like that. Total party-foul. Maybe I can fix it, but I doubt it. I’m still getting used to the new forum, I guess. Total noob mistake.
