Green text in part descriptions

So there’s parameters in the description of parts, Like on the Daze, that can be changed by fusion (changing the operation time from 6 sec to 9 sec and so on)

But there are also parameters in the green on parts that can’t be changed, and on very old parts as well, like for example the Retcher (4 projectiles) but I don’t think there is any way to increase that parameter, with a fusion or modules.

Is it some leftover from the way past when this could be changed? Possibly an unreleased module or cab they planned but scrapped, something that might pop up in the future? Was it something you could fuse more of in the past but that fusion got switched to something else at some point? Something they keep just in case they need to put somethign intot he game that suddenly does affect these parameters? What do you guys think

Also it’s kind of weird that there are a lot of parts with these “in green text” parameters but not all of these parameters can be changed, just some of them. Not even by perks of parts in some cases. Like the Interceptor, the values in green are 80m and 4sec, and as far as I know there’s only 1 fusion that affects only 1 of those, the active time fusion increasing the 4sec into something else. But the range can not be changed at all in any way, even if it’s in green

Hello,
Leftover Legacy Mechanics: The parameters in green could be remnants from earlier versions of the game, where perhaps these values were once changeable or intended to be adjustable through fusion or other systems. Over time, these mechanics might have been reworked or scrapped, but the parameters were never fully removed from the cat sounds meaning game files, leading to this inconsistency. Game developers sometimes keep old mechanics in the code, either for future use or just because they haven’t bothered to remove them yet.
Best Regards

Maybe its just for visuals… so the important info stands out…
