Group play issue (groups never put up against other groups)

So why is it that playing in a group is always free kills because they never go against anything else but teams of randoms? And specifically 4-man groups, because I have never seen a 4-man group on both sides of the team in a combat, ever. I’d have screenshotted it if I did because that’s how rare it is.

Just now I spend close to 15 matches in a row with a noticeable 4 people playing together as a group, pretty much powerhousing every match with no change for random players to win, and not once during that time there was nothing but full randoms on the opposite team. Yes the player counts are low enough to notice this kind of stuff happening it feels like I play with the same 20 people daily.

I have seen groups of 2 and 3 being pitted against one another lots of times (a team on both teams), but it feels like the matchmaker shits the bed once a 4-man group is added to the fights. Like there is a top limit to how many players can be in a group in a bunch of total players it chooses for the entire battle and the 2 teams, and if those players are a 4-man group, then the rest will always be random players because adding more grouped-up players in the form of some on the enemy team is too much for the programming or something.

Like a group of 3 long range hovers working in tandem to focus on a singular enemy (1 free kill per 3 shots taken by 3 players) and with 1 beefy build guarding the hovers from anyone getting close, you’d need an entire team to rush this to even have a chance. Of course the other players playing in the same PS take notice of this, and then always guard the group for a guaranteed victory no matter what.

Honestly groups should be pitted more against groups than just random players, even if it meant longer wait times for battles for everybody

During busier times, this isn’t a problem.
But when there aren’t enough players online in your region, there aren’t enough groups, so they end up going up against solo players.

Wait times are already getting close to being too long now. Any longer, and the playerbase will shrink even more, and make the problem worse.
