buggy wheels perk do not effect hermit perk despite hermits perk being speed based

Oh so this new bug report section is even more useless than the old forum?
There may be issue with the Buggy Wheels perk not affecting the Hermit perk despite both relating to speed. I recommend reporting this directly to Crossout support .
