How do I add an engine to a cabin?

I’ve seen engines that can be crafted and have more power than my current cabin. Once I craft an engine,
how do I use it? Can it be added to an existing cabin or do I have to build a new frame to put it in? :upside_down_face:

It is a standalone part, like weapons or armor. You will be able to put your engine on any build you want.

I suggest going for the Lunatics’ Hardcore engine first, as it’s the best special one by far (no energy cost)

Ok - so where does it go? Do I need to make space in the frame? Or do they just “auto-fit”? :upside_down_face:

Put it where ever you want…

They don’t have to touch the cabin like frames, or frames like wheels. you can put them anywhere, like a regular armor part. Only 1/build tho :stuck_out_tongue:

Wherever you put it, just be sure you do like I do and go for maximum reality.

I just put my engine right on the hood, but I like to armor it up with fuel tanks, because they have very high durability, like power-packs. They also make great weapon mounts.

They are messing with you.

Hide it somewhere it will not get shot off in the first few seconds. Don’t put it in the front of your car.
