It seems that the new forum has removed all of the blocked people in my settings.
how can I add them back? not seeing that feature.

You need to go to the person’s profile and then choose the option to ignore them, their posts will still apear in greyed out text though, but you won’t be getting a notification if they reply to you. It’s in the combobox to the top right with “NORMAL” selected as default, you just switch it to “Muted”.
