Just now I have been the queue for over 40 minutes for the mode Get the Scrap Metal respawns enabled mode. I am using PS 1950. It is currently 7:50 PM UTC. I am Engineer Level 22.
Have you played with the server region options and did you unrestrict “limit battles only to this region”?
Try upping your PS to around 3000.
