I can't post to exhibition, even though I do in fact have the part

Was trying to make a sticker art and got this before posting to exhibition:

The “Sniper” is a sticker, which I DO have, and it even says I have all the parts in the bottom left. Why does it say I don’t have it if it says I have all the parts? Let me post it!! :sob:
