Refunding a purchase could even get your account suspended - I mean, I thought that’s what normally happens. Ask Support how to fix this. If you have to maybe give them some money again to get your market access back. E.g. by buying a pack. I have no idea, just trying to guess a solution. File a support ticket top-left of crossout.net, they should reply in 2-3 business days. Let us know how it went.
