Blocks are one way? Correct?
I have nobody blocked.
It is apparent to me that people are hiding their general chat messages ingame.
I consider that a dictators cheat. And behind the dictators cheat are toxic cyberbullies leading a propaganda wagon.
How are they remaining unseen to me, when i have nobody blocked.

Blocks are one way. Ingame if you block, that prevents you seeing them, not them seeing you. That would be dictating who sees what, a clear cheat.

I have nobody blocked ingame, but it is obvious their are people dictating who sees their ingame general chat messages., while remaining invisible to others. Thats paramount to a spineless cheat.
It also opens the way to groops of trolls spreading propaganda. These might consist of psn xout veterans and their friends and recruits and their friends.
Who has that power admin? You explain, for everyone please.

Its two ways the only time you can interact with the person is in battle when blocking and or being blocked.

I can tell ingame player on player blocks are one way,
I can see who has me blocked in general chat or not, by the fact that their whisper prompt is darkened, which indicates, that person has me ingame general chat blocked.
I dont know what your on about blocks, and i dont think you do either, unless you are purposely trying to be misleading.

But, i ask the general chat population, if said person is using general chat when a random name appears as a obvious conversation presence that i cannot see, and the replies are affirmative, yes they are present in general chat. I know who, but i cant name names.
You failed to say, how it would be ineffective.

If i block you in general chat, i will not be able to see you, correct? And that, is the goal if somebody is a nuisance. As a result, there is no reason why i should stop you seeing my messages, none. Why would i want you not see my advice, my help, my questions.
Equally, if you block me ingame, you will only prevent yourself seeing my messaging,so i dont upset you for instance, but why would you get to stop me seeing your messages and why, i mean, how?
I can tell when a player in general chat has me blocked because of the fact that their whisper prompt is darkened/shaded out.
